Order Processing & Shipping
- We partner with third-party suppliers and manufacturers through DSers to fulfill orders.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.
- Shipping times vary by product and destination and may take 7–25 business days.
- Tracking numbers are provided once the item has shipped.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
- If you request a cancellation before processing, we will attempt to stop the order, but this is not guaranteed.
Returns
Due to the nature of dropshipping and supplier fulfillment:
- Returns are only accepted for items that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size, color, or variant selected
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items marked Final Sale
Return Conditions
If a return is approved:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect
- Returned items sent without approval will not be accepted
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Lost or Missing Packages
- If tracking shows the package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
- If tracking does not update or the package is confirmed lost, we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue
- Resolution may include a replacement or store credit, depending on supplier policy
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order.
Customs & Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility
