Order Processing & Shipping

  • We partner with third-party suppliers and manufacturers through DSers to fulfill orders.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping times vary by product and destination and may take 7–25 business days.
  • Tracking numbers are provided once the item has shipped.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
  • If you request a cancellation before processing, we will attempt to stop the order, but this is not guaranteed.

Returns

Due to the nature of dropshipping and supplier fulfillment:

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Incorrect (wrong item received)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items marked Final Sale

Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • Returned items sent without approval will not be accepted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows the package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • If tracking does not update or the package is confirmed lost, we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue
  • Resolution may include a replacement or store credit, depending on supplier policy

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order.


Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility
